These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mondo Pizzaiolo (the "Platform"), a marketplace connecting pizza-industry professionals ("Pizzaioli") with pizza businesses ("Pizzerias"). By creating an account, claiming a listing, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mondo Pizzaiolo. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. If you're creating a Pizzeria account, you confirm you're authorized to represent that business.
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. One account per person or business — don't create duplicate or impersonation accounts.
Some Pizzeria listings on the Platform were compiled from publicly available job postings and business information to help launch the marketplace with real opportunities. If you're the owner or manager of one of these businesses, you can claim your listing by verifying ownership (see Section 4). Until claimed, these listings are not associated with a live account and cannot be edited or messaged directly — interested Pizzaioli are instead connected through the Platform.
To claim a Pizzeria listing, you must provide proof that you're authorized to manage that business — either a link to your Google Business Profile or a business document (such as a license or registration record). We review claims manually. Submitting false or misleading proof of ownership is a violation of these Terms and may result in the claim being rejected and your account being suspended.
Pizzeria accounts may post job listings. Job postings go live immediately upon submission — we don't pre-review every listing before it's published. However, Mondo Pizzaiolo reserves the right to remove, edit, or unpublish any listing, and to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we determine it violates these Terms, is fraudulent, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful to the community. You're solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings you post, including compliance with applicable labor and employment laws in your jurisdiction.
Pizzaioli may apply to job postings and message connected users directly through the Platform. Pizzerias decide who to accept or reject for their own postings — Mondo Pizzaiolo is not a party to any employment relationship, agreement, or offer made between users. Be respectful in your communications; harassment, spam, and unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited.
You agree not to: impersonate another person or business; post false, misleading, or discriminatory content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited advertising; scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform; attempt to bypass security measures; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
If you see a listing, profile, or message that you believe violates these Terms, please report it using the "Report" option available on job and profile pages. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as a result, at our discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, photos, messages, job postings). By posting content, you grant Mondo Pizzaiolo a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute it as needed to operate the Platform — for example, showing your public profile in search results or on job listing pages.
Mondo Pizzaiolo is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future; if we do, we'll provide notice before any charges apply to your account.
Mondo Pizzaiolo is a marketplace that connects Pizzaioli and Pizzerias — we don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any application, or the conduct of any user. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for the actions, content, or omissions of any user, including any hiring decisions, working conditions, or business dealings that result from connections made on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mondo Pizzaiolo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost employment opportunities, business losses, or disputes between users.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
